One of the priceless piece from my uncle's collection:

US 500 edition of SL500: This was driven by the Formula One driver Emerson Fittipaldi during the inaugural ceremony of US 500 at Michigan International Speedway on 26th of May 1996.

Took her out for a "long" 85 miles freeway drive last week during my short trip to the US.

This 16 year old princess has done only 3800 miles on the ODO till date and the 322 hp V8 sings like a symphony!

Only 40 of them were released by Mercedes.

Even after being 16 years old she still looks like a beauty. Looks like your uncle has maintained it very well. Even the leather looks brand spanking new!

From our village. That little boy (as many other boys) is doing his part time job of cleaning Trucks/407s at the SAND loading point. Most of them end up becoming drivers as SAND nowadays means money in our place. That's why the 407 (dream job) gets colour and the boy is in B&W. Photoshop job is limited to getting the partial B&W background.
