Women cannot be arrested after Sunset..!

Hi,

Today's Hindustan Times( Delhi Edition) carried an article saying that Delhi court has asked Delhi Police to obey the rules under Punjab Police Act which states that any women accused of a crime cannot be arrested after Sunset..!

This is amazing..!

That's not true. The law is that a woman cannot be taken into custody after sunset unless a female police officer is present.

Quite odd. I find women quite arresting, ESCPECIALLY after sunset.
