I suppose it's the 3d printed Turbokat and Razor & T-Bone figures by sewing3d. I had bought the Turbokat model from them a few years ago.

1:132 Turbokat

With the jets the Turbokat drew it's inspiration from - the Grumman F-14 Tomcat and Saab J-35 Draken.
