Farnborough Air Show- Yelahanka

Hey fellas,

The Yelahanka Aire show (which is being organised by Farbborough international this year) tickets are being sold at garuda Mall and ITPl @Rs. 200 and 300 (weekend tickets).

In case anyone is interested please get them before they are over.

I just bought one for 300 for 10th Feb.

In case anyone wants tickets from ITPL, PM me or call me on 9980573259 and I will help arrange them.

Yes, they did allow cameras last time....but the problem is the traffic....Man, its terrible....people go wrong side and block both sides..... (Bangalore speciality ) and the dust ... I hope its better this time...

Buttttttttttt, one view of the Sukhoi just changes everything...that damn pilot was waving at the crowd.... almost like a "hey you idiots, see what I got" gesture!!... it must be an amazing feeling ...!!

Anything new this time?

Yeah the F-18, Saab Grippen, Mig-35's, Jaguars etc. Also lots of new helicopters from Bell & other companies. If I could go I would go just for seeing the bloody fighters *drool* !!!

HAL never organised any of the previous Air Show's. CONVEX a Private Company orgainsed the First Air Show (Avia India 91) after which DRDO took over seeing the $$ Involved (read Profit) and till date DRDO has been organising them. This time DRDO has outsourced it to Farnborough International Ltd.

PS MOD's : Can we change the Thread Heading to Aero India 2007 ?
