Camping trailer for a gypsy

Hi all
I was going through an article saying that in US camping trailers are very common. I was wondering if anyone on team-bhp has a camping trailer. What are the problems as regrads to RTO etc., if one does want to own it. I would like to start building one (as in the interiors slowly) but can you advise on the chasis, etc. I would be using a gypsy to pull it.
thanks

I guess the lack of camping grounds and the poor roads may make it a bit tough to use your camper....

you need a place to deposit waste, nd a socket to hook up the power....

Hmm...I suggest you build a motorhome out of a Tempo Traveller/407 instead. Several people have them, including a relative of mine and they are not as expensive as the larger bus based homes, and are self propelled as opposed to trailers. My aunt and her husband have been to every nook and cranny of the country in their self driven one.

Wont it be difficult to drive it.??

I Liked sajo's suggestion..
Get a Tempo traveller..I would also suggest the Eicher Canter..I heard its a very good vehicle..
Build it the way you like..take a Truck driver with you and you are off to holiday......BYE!!
