Need some info from you delhi guys

Hey Dthbians,
my bro will be in delhi for the whole of next week and he wants to pick up some stuff for the car.If you could post some details on the forum it would be really helpful.

A few things he wants to buy are xenons, down at bangy you get a full H.I.D set for around 11k(low beam) and 14k(hi + low beam).Anywhere in delhi where you can get these for cheaper(We are students...hence the stingyness)

Other things we are looking for are tires...heard you get these nankang rubber which im particularly interested at.

A stainless steel muffler...our baleno runs 4-1 headers with a heavily muted muffler...looking for a SS one just for those times when we want the sound...again something cheap...say 3-4 k(like i said, money doesnt grow on the blackboard).

So where can get the above at similiar prices...addresses,phone numbers etc would be really helpful. It would be great if i could refer a T-Bhpian and get a discount.

@mods..I know there are other threads that have similar info...have gone through them too.My queiry is pretty specific,so i would request you guys to merge both the threads only after ive got a reasonable response

Thanks

The most reliable places to buy these in Delhi are either Autopsyche or Driven, both of whom are TBHP members, so you may get some discounts too... I suggest you PM them

Why are you looking at Nankang? Budget? I can assure you there are much BETTER tyres out there than Nakang.

Xenons will be pretty useless without a projector setup to focus them, I hope you realise.

Had first hand experience of a swift and a corolla without projector setups.
The light was impressive.
The downside was that the one coming opposite you can't see a thing if you go high beam.

As for the prices, it is around 14K for high+low, though driven can tell you the exact prices.

Well, I've seen a couple of retrofits without the projector setup, and I wasn't too impressed. And yes, high beam will blind oncoming traffic.

Well, if he wants it, money is his. I'd spend it on something with a little more bang.

Anyway, still haven't seen your car.

Did somebody say TIRES?
Whom else to contact than our own very much Distinguished (distracted & disastrous too) iRAGs? He has already given some good advice regarding it too.

There're some Swift HL assemblies available on the market with projectors built in. Get those if you guys are very much in love with Xenons.
