Those kind of cars are meant to be towed or carried to the place of action & not driven on the roads.

Vintage Cars?

What about vintage cars?
do we have a loop hole here that permits installation of engines with different specification if the original engine is no longer in production?

Most rally cars are always driven down - at least most south Indian rallys its very rarely is it trucked down (except perhaps by teams from North - depends on the distances and budgets).

I think there are some rules governing this - only REGISTERED vehicles can take part.
