Hi, I'm a second year student pursuing a B.E. in a circuital branch. I would suggest you to look at the subjects offered in all of the branches you have mentioned and pick the one which matches with what your goals are.

For reference, this is the list of compulsory courses for the ECE, EEE, ENI and CS branches after the first year (which is common) in my college.
