Yahoo shuts down news operations in India over FDI regulations.

Effective August 26, 2021, we have ceased publication of content in India and have shut down Yahoo's content operations in the country. The content offerings closed include Yahoo News, Yahoo Cricket, Finance, Entertainment and MAKERS India.

We did not come to this decision lightly. However, Yahoo India has been impacted by changes to regulatory laws in India that now limit the foreign ownership of media companies that operate and publish digital content in India.

Is anyone facing issues in accessing their Yahoo mail ?
I have tried on BSNL fibre & Airtel mobile hotspot. The pages dont load, or only the Yahoo browser tab says "no Internet". Browsers tried - Chrome, Edge. I am seeing this on two laptops.

Just logged in to my Yahoo email on my iPad. Worked perfectly.

Same problem here - The screeb keeps loading and loading!

On Airtel here.

Just checked, working fine for me. using jio fibre.

Its working fine for me, on my laptop (Firefox and Chrome), mobile (Brave) and mobile app. Checked just now using Jio Fiber, Jio 4G and Airtel 5G.

My email ID is not accessible on Windows 10 workstation. I can access ymail.com via app on my smartphone.

I have both yahoo.com and yahoo.co.in and both are working fine for me from my jio fibre on windows 10 laptop
