Re: Car enthusiasts | A satire

The sheer number of puns and hints is hilarious!

I'm not sure which cracked me up the most. Whether it was Firefox as the default browser, the reassuring thud that made the horror movie safer, or GTO as the warden.

Brilliant writing, and thanks for making a Monday morning begin with some laughter.

Re: Car enthusiasts | A satire

What an Outstanding plot. That BHP Scene literally happened here May be in our case Ria = Mom (not the bhp one though)

You @Torque250 Sir, have a really good talent at story writing. I started reading it with half attention, but then re-read from start. Great satire and you just made my day.

Those references -
  • Ria -- Kia
  • Hooda -- Honda
  • Mahendran -- Mahindra
  • Tata -- Tata ( this is straight forward ).
One part where I completely agree with Karthik

Re: Car enthusiasts | A satire

That was absolutely brilliant. Ngl, I got emotional by the end.
Also, I don't think a non bhpian will make much head or tail out of it. But for our clan, this is epic.
Take a bow

Oh Boy !!! What a treat

Those matte black utensils are a great idea for T-Bhp goodies . Makes us and our "Ria"s happy.

Re: Car enthusiasts | A satire

I might be accessing team-bhp site 100s of times in a day. I am too much addicted this this website. And since this thread went live on yesterday, somehow i did not feel like going into it and see what is there inside. But, today morning I casually clicked this thread and looking at the number of lines, i was about to quit. After reading few lines, i did not understand the humour part and was about to quit again. Bu then, I started understanding the humour part. Since then, I must have read this message more than 5 times already. It is like, me watching my favorite sports match highlights again and again and again, when my favorite teams wins

Well written, Car Enthusiasm means 'Team-BHP'.

Crazy, never thought some jokes can be understood only by a few of us. I had never laughed out loud so much, reading something on my phone. And never as much, reading a post on Team-BHP.

What an incredible piece of read !! I am a stock trader by profession whose eyes are supposed to be glued to the trading screen during market hours. I came across this post on a Wednesday morning during market hours and couldn't go back to my trading screen until I finished the post, smiling all through the read. More power to you brother, thanks for that lovely post.

Re: Car enthusiasts | A satire

Very well written. This stuff is so niche that it can act as a litmus test to check for genuine "Bhpians".

The names chosen were epic. Especially chrome loving Kia - I mean Ria.

"Check her BHP" cracked me up the most. So did "calling GTO".

Keep up the good work. Will look forward to more comic relief.
