Is it possible to set up video conferencing from home

Of late I am having to make quite a lot of video calls to people abroad and though I am satisfied with reliance guys I wish to know if this facility can be availed off from my home pc itself.

Its just the sheer inconvenience of having to dash off to the webworld which is why I am making this query.

Also if it is possible, what would be the requirements that my PC/laptop need to satisfy.Any particular software I need to download.

You just need four thing...

1) webcam (at both the places)
2) good net connectivity (dsl connection is good enough)
3) yahoo messenger (software)
4) headphone with mic for talking

rest there is a good yahoo faq on setting up the whole thing. enjoy

Hey Rahul,
If you dont mind spending a little bit, buy yourself a videophone. Its more convenient that way. I have one each at home and office, and it makes life comfortable. Let me know if you want one, i might be able to get you a good bargain.
Cheers.
