This is a show that proves that zombie apocalypse based stories can be serious & good without all those defying the laws of physics fight scenes(Resident evil).
Only AMC can come up with great shows like these. First, Breaking bad & now TWD.
Can't wait till Feb 8th! And, I still miss breaking bad! No other show has been as good as that! :(
You should also give Z Nation a shot from the Syfy network. Very similar storyline to TWD. The first season just concluded with 13 episodes. Its been renewed for a second season - 2015.

My daily show is Pawn Stars on History TV 18, between 10 and 1030 pm every day. Since this week they have started airing the Pawnography too, from 1030 to 11.

This is a reality show started by the owners of the only family owned Gold and Silver Pawn Shop from Las Vegas.

Anyone else watching Black Mirror?
It's a show depicting the harms of technology. Got to know about it recently and watched the first 2 seasons. Really intriguing show with different cast and setting in each episode.

As a series finale It was slightly better or at par with Dexter but Breaking Bad series finale still remains the best ever way to end a series IMHO.
Yeah it was a crappy series finale to be honest.

History Channel

1. Pawn stars.
2. Storage Wars.
3. Food CIA
4. Counting Cars.

Discovery Turbo

1. Wheeler Dealers.
2. West Coast Customs
3. Gas Monkey Garage
4. Fifth gear.

and many many more.

Two great shows that I really enjoyed in 2014 were True Detective and Fargo. Not only was the acting great, the plot was nice and thick and had pretty artsy visuals. I liked them much more than Sherlock!

Oh yes, not to be watched with kids. PLENTY of nudity. But the good part is that there is at least some regular dialogue spoken in between all the profanity

I don't know Eddy. I resort to the usual source.

Are you done with both the seasons? TC loved Sons of Anarchy. I am sure he is going to have one hell of a time with Banshee.

If you like Big Bang Theory and Sherlock Holmes, Monk should be a good watch. Monk is more of a Sheldon Cooper meets Sherlock Holmes. Every episode is about how he solves a homicide case from obscure clues - in some cases, everyone knows who the killer is but they would have airtight alibis. In others, the culprit would be revealed in the climax. Personally, I like the series and have watched all 8 seasons.

EDIT:
I've started watching House, though I might end up watching season 8 on TV before watching the rest of the seasons. So far, I liked it.

Banshee S3 E01 - what a start! Loved it.

@Eddy: Looks like Banshee also airs 3-5 minute episodes titled Banshee Origins over the internet. 2 seasons are out already. You should check it out IMO. The episodes are flashback sequences and focuses on the past events of each character on the serial. It’s available on Youtube.
