Done with all episodes. The humour is dark, the dialogues smartly written. I absolutely love this series. Absolute riot on the senses. You have to see every episode a second time and look out for details you would miss in the first watch.

Just happened to check this series and am struck by its simplicity. Simple story line but the characters are so nicely woven into the story line making it a treat to watch.

Its worth a watch from the regular blood and gory that we see in the current top of the charts in terms of television series. Its one series that can be watched by the entire family except for a few scenes.

I am keen to find out more about TV series which are light on the heart and yet engrossing.

I'd recommended this one on this thread, way back in June. :)

I didnt see this come up on anyone's radar, so thought i shall put it up here.

Over the past week, I watched a series on Netflix called "Anne with an E". A simple story set against a Canadian backdrop, much before electricity existed.. it has the main protagonist, a little orphan gal who steals your heart with her performance. The series tells the story of how she moves on from her beginning as an orphan, to being adopted by an old couple.

Watch and be amazed with some highly involving performances from the main actors.

Currently, just one season on Netflix.

Quite loved the show.

If you are going to wait and watch. Put it off for a year and watch it just ahead of Season 8 next year, which is the final season. By the time this season started, I had forgotten what happened until Season 6 lol:

Am into Season 3 of Fargo, which is on Netflix. Started out really slow and boring, and now seems to have picked up pace. That said, i still think the first series was the best, while Season 2 had its own share of appeal.

I just finished Season 2 of Farzo but there is no season 3. Are you in a different country? I believe India NetFlix has only upto Season 2.

Fargo season 3 has recently finished. Benbsb is in Australia.

Naveen, i watched Season 3 of Fargo on Netflix, the Australian version, as Eddy has clarified below.

Watched an Israeli television series "Fauda"on Netflix. I would highly recommended it. It's only a single season with 10-12 episodes and with each episode being 40 minutes long. Really engaging story line.

Big Little Lies:

Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon - feature in this series, a bit slow but engaging series. Liked it and would rate it 3.5/5

Season 8 will be out only in 2019, I believe. Please correct me if I am wrong!

I wouldn't be surprised, given that they are talking about 6*2 hour episodes in Season 8 and they start shooting post summer break this year. The premiere date is not confirmed until they launch the promo lol: This season itself has been pushed back 3 months from the usual April premiere.

So it could in theory drag to Spring/Summer 2019 as you say. As of now GoT Wikia tentatively puts at 2018/19.

I expect to do a full 'revision' of the 7 seasons ahead of the final season :D I was totally lost at the opening scene this season.

They will again push shooting to November - December to get the winter effect. As I feel a lot of script to be rewritten (thanks to the hack and leak) 2019 does seem realistic. But, missing a year all together where you are riding high on your success is another aspect from HBO point of view. As per some news, majority of characters who were supposed to be alive for next season were already signed off for season 8.

If you are going to do a full revision, then season 1 and few of season 2 should be enough to keep you related to season 8. Rest of seasons are added fab of which most were already shed in season 7.

I hope everyone knows that GOT S07 episode 6 just leaked.

Yep, thanks to episode 6 being broadcast instead of 5 in Spain.

Bloody hell, what an episode (E06)! :Shockked::Shockked:

I seriously envy the guy who's going to binge-watch this series.

Loved e06, although I think that that the battle scene could have been a minute shorter.

The advantage of watching weekly is that you get to read about some of the episodes and "things that you might have missed" on social media. E.g. while watching e05, I totally missed the relevance and importance of the conversation that Sam and Gilli had.
