Hey Guys, You guys, Guess what...South Park does it again.

Do not miss the episode that was telecast this week. Somehow see it.
They have ripped the "History Channel" apart.

Sample this:
(Usual intro music) Welcome to the History channel. Where truth is History.

Oh the sheer sarcasm. Love it.

Re: Television shows: What do you watch?

Anyone watched Breaking Bad ?

AWESOME series it is. This is a drama-mystery where a chemist who is dying of cancer gets into the drug trade as a producer of a pure drug to leave some money for the family. Its not a melodrama and has enough of everything to keep you hooked !

Re: Television shows: What do you watch?

I enjoyed watching Masterchef Australia. The whole thing was so well made with the right amount of tension, anxiety and above all very decent in everything said and done.
The finals was a fizz out though. An anticlimax. What the heck, a snowman?!!!

I really hate the Indian version of this show. All drama nothing else.

I hate Man Vs Food. Glorifies bad food habits and American mantra of having everything XXL size.

For those who never heard of this series: Its a story of a struggling high school chemistry teacher who is diagnosed with terminal illness and doesn't have much time left to live. He turns towards criminal life and starts manufacturing methamphetamine in assistance with one of his former students with the aim of securing his family's financial future before he kicks the bucket. Once you start watching it, I bet you'll be glued to it.
I finished the 4th season yesterday, and boy - it was fantastic. This goes down in my books as the best TV drama series ever.
The way season 4 ended, it will be a challenge to maintain the flow of the narration to season 5.

* Spoiler Alert *

Me thinks it will be Hank going after WW and Jesse finding out about who poisoned the li'l boy. What say ?

Oh, thanks for reminding me about this. I watched half of fourth season and then completely forgot about the later half of the series (went on long holidays and then caught up with family/work). Will complete this season the way I completed 1,2 & 3 (watched like 4-5 episodes back to back )

Re: Television shows: What do you watch?

So I started watching Dexter 2 days back, and needless to say, it's addictive and one of the best shows I've watched. Completed 2 seasons already!

Re: Television shows: What do you watch?

I was doing a marathon run on "falling skies" over the last couple o nights.
Nice!!
Its good to know there's going to be a 2nd season.

Did marathon runs on 2 others last year, one was "flash forwrd", and the other "the event".
both kaput after the 1st season.
Flash forward, i understand, there was no premise left.

but "event"??
why no 2nd season?
so dissappointing!

I wish our broadcasters take a call to not broadcast single season thingies if they are left midway.

Season 6 was not that great, so I was not that impatient for S07 which would be out later this year. But damn, there came such a big twist in the finale!

Re: Television shows: What do you watch?

Big Bang Theory on Star World. Its aired at 4 pm everyday. Its funny but the main characters get slightly monotonous. The characters are definitely not as warm and encompassing as in Friends. But enjoyable nonetheless. Sheldon is the star of the show, but his verbosity can get to you sometimes. Leonard and Penny are okay, most of their times are spent on saying 'what?' to Sheldon's barrage. Howard and Raj are surprisingly more entertaining than Leonard and Penny.

Yaay! Comedy Central channel finally arrived in India; and best part is Hathway plays this channel.

Now I can watch all my fav comedies without wasting the broadband

Some of the shows I am really looking forward to - South park, 30 rock, office, goodness gracious me, coupling, Saturday night live, that 70's show, and my all time favorite SEINFELD!!
