A light hearted series, perfect for these times of strife and stress that we find ourselves in.
First 5-6 season are really good. Then it declines steadily. Still, quite a good watch and once you start do finish all seasons. Have also put Young Sheldon in my backlog as well.

Started Asur on Voot. Have heard really high praise from all and 2 episodes in I am hooked. Will update how it turns out. The best part about all these new Indian series is there 8-10 episode format. Short and sweet.

Watched "Engineering Girls" on Netflix. Don't waste your time with this one. It is 5 episode mini series with each episodes of 20-25 min.

Second the The Office US version. Isn't it on Prime video?

The Good Place is great and on Netflix.

Re: The TV / Streaming shows thread (no spoilers please)

I found a 'feel good TV Show' in my perpetual quest for the good Police procedural series - Hudson and Rex - a Canadian TV Show. Rex is an adorable 2 year old German Shepherd dog (Real Name Vom Burgimwald) who assists his human friend Hudson in solving crimes.

German Shepherds steal the show wherever they are.

Yesterday I was browsing the interwebs and a tweet caught my attention. It had this image.

Tweets that got me interested.

So I decided to read up on it and found that it is being called the most insane tv series for these times.
I saw the first episode and it is like watching a Carl Hiaasen book come to life.
I will try and watch it this weekend and I hope you folks enjoy it too.

“Tiger King” follows the rise and fall of an eccentric Oklahoma zoo entrepreneur known as Joe Exotic, whose story stretches even the most vivid imagination.
Joe (who was born Joseph Schreibvogel, in rural Kansas) is a gay, polygamous, gun-toting libertarian with a platinum-blond mullet, who, for two decades, operated a small independent zoological park in Wynnewood, Oklahoma.

Sherlock on Netflix is excellent. (in case anyone is yet to watch it), Benedict Cumberbatch blows away with his performance.

My Hotstar plan is valid till nov and 1500 doesn't look like a good proposition at the moment considering Disney + content isn't as appealing except for Mandalorian which most of us have already seen. Rest of there catalogue is bare bones.

Just a heads up.
If you are a fan of Money Heist like me, Part 4 has released on netflix.
First 2 episodes were quite good.

I may shift to the VIP plan from the current premium one when my hotstar subscription is up.
