For Sale: Pioneer HU with 12 CD changer

Hello,

My BIL (Yes the photographer guy) has a Pioneer 7015 HU and a 12 CD changer 1270.

The 2 of them are almost brand new. He works abroad and is terribly eccentric. He visits India with my sister for 2 months in a year. He unpacks the 2 from his cupboard and uses them for 2 months and then repacks them and places them in his cupboard.

Given that, these have been used for about 7 or 8 months.

The HU is a cassette/FM unit with 2 pre-outs, the rear is switchable to subwoofer out.
The 12 CD changer plays audio CDs only.
Like I mentioned, they are in clean and perfectly working condition.

He expects to sell them together as a set for Rs. 4000/- Please let me know (quickly) by PM or email if your are interested.

Thank you,

Love,

Sam

I'm pretty sure it has two. My BIL told me it has 2 pre-outs and the rear one can be converted to Subwoofer out. I'll ask LBM to google up something.

I noticed 2 things....

1. you seem to have a common family trait.
2. cassette and CD in the days of MP3?

Well he has it, navin. Besides it's a nice option for someone on a budget, rather than buy some cheap entry level HU.

I had a setup like that for a long time before i bought the cheap entry level DVD HU. I still have the Changer of course.

I tried & tried googling for the 7015, it seems to be extinct on the net. Kenwood has a 7015 which keeps popping up. Let's see how LBM fares.

When it comes to googling I never bet against LBM. The only time he tripped was when I misspelt a word (Macrom instead of Marcom).

Actually it works for some people pretty well, depending on the scenario. I have a Sony cassette player in my car. The reason was pretty straight forward then. I did not have access to a comp at that time so there was not much scope for burning CDs. Yet I had tons of cassettes. So I felt it was the best option then.

Now I feel I need a full dhinchak HU with everything. Of course now I have a personal laptop that can burn any format of CD, DVD etc.

what did i say. LBM is the better than google. In fact I now use the phrase "why not LBM it" instead of "why not google it".

Take a bow, LBM!
