Both of these are technically in Greater Noida; but very close to Noida - about 6 KMs. And once the road from Sec. 71 to Greater Noida Sec. 1 is ready (in another 6 months, work is in full swing); this will turn out to be a very good location.

If you want more info, PM me.

Cheers

I myself and my family members have bought around 10 sites in this layout and in this price range only few sites are available.

Looking for accommodation in Gurgaon

Hi,

I am shifting to Gurgaon from Bangalore on the 1st of May. I am looking for an 1BHK or spacious studio apartment. My office is in Sector 39, so would ideally prefer locations like Sector 31, 32, 15 (within 8 km radius).

I would not mind sharing an apartment with somebody.

Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Guys,
I dont whether its the right thread to be posting in.
One of my friends want to move to Bangalore. He is looking for a rented accommodation around Cisco's office on Sarjapur Road (near Marathahalli).
Any suggestions or information regarding this would be welcome, it would be great if someone could provide any agent's number or some information regarding accommodation.
He would probably be looking for an 2BHK apartment.
Sorry if i posted in the wrong thread.

Look up in Sulekha.com for listings. Go for individual one.

Expect to pay 10-15k depending upon the type of accomodation.

Dont worry there are a huge number of flats available in this area.

Avoid agents, not really necessary as there is a lot of supply.

Thanks for the information.
My friend seemed to be worried about the water availability situation over there.
Is it really an issue or is it just blown out of proportions?

Currently, i would say it is an issue. However, most apartment complexes rely on water tankers, from what i have seen. It would add to the maintenance costs though.

If there is too much of an hassle with water, move towards KR Puram side coming from Marathahalli. There are still a couple of lakes there which provide ample water for borewells.

Sarjapur side the lakes have been killed.
