Is there any website where we can know the current market rate of land? We have about 1.5 acres of land at our native village, we want to sell it for investing in our business. We dont know what is the current market rate there, we dont want to put it out in market and then quote a price. Pls help.

The prices quoted seem very high but then its a project by Tata and the facilities look good.

From a purely investment point of view does it make sense.

I want to buy land in Goa near the sea between 200-500 sqm., Can anyone give me an idea about where the land may be available and the prices. I do not want to be in happening areas like Calangute, etc., It can be in south goa but should well connected with the Airport and city.

While looking for land near the sea in Goa. Please double check the legal stuff.
I have heard of some issues with proximity to the shore.

I recently bought a Plot measuring totally 1440 sqft from A very well known developer in Hindupur (A.P)which is 100 kms from BLR and around 82 kms to Bangalore International Airport (BIAL).Only for investment purpose.Is this a wise decision?
I am about to get it registered ,the developer says i need not be present for registration is that so?
Is it only grama panchayat approval is enough for buying the plot in hindupur? plz guide and advice.

Get the documents verified with the help of a lawer.

There is a plot available for sale on Horamavu-Kalkare 80ft road, Blr near Soverign Unnathi project. Seller is asking Rs.1800/Sqft. We dont know the rates in that area, How much we should quote?

Said plot is around 2KM from KR Puram/1KM from ring road junction.

Suggest make discreet enquiries, through some one else. Or atleast in near-by villages. I doubt you will find a ready reckoner for land value in rural areas, especially of a specific place where you need it.

I had booked a flat in Pune in 2007 with a promised delivery as March 2009. I need help on following:

1. Can the builder get OC for 2 buildings in a 5 building project incase these 2 buildings are complete? My Flat is ready now and awaiting OC to take possesion.

2. Is there anyway to get a compensation from the dealer for the delay?

@kiren: I think the builder can get the OC for each individual building if I am not mistaken.
