| Re: Happy Onam Wish you all a Happy Onam! Some people celebrate it as Vamana Dvadasi because Vishnu took the form of the Vamana (Dwarf Brahmin) during his encounter with Bali. Although there is only one mallu in the office, all his colleagues helped and made it happen. Took 5-6 people 2 hours to do it. This arrangement has a diameter of 7ft.  |

If as the Onam legend goes, King Mahabali were to come on his annual visit to Kerala to check on his subjects' welfare, he would need atleast one canoe. And that is to navigate the flooded roads, not the waterbodies. @Samurai, that's a nice pookkalam there.  |
