We have discussed J.D.Power CSI's to death so lets talk about apparel CSI's.

In a survey conducted by Businessworld, Allen Solly smoked it's heavy weight competitors like Provogue, Louis Philippe etc to grab the top spot in branded apparel CSI rankings. Allen Solly topped with 67 points while No. 2 Provogue finished with 59.

More importantly for Allen Solly, in the Loyalty segmentation, 68% respondants were 'True Loyals' to the brand. The industry average is 51%. The brand also exceeded industry average scores in Store expereince, Merchandise, salesperson, billing, packaging, and other areas.

As an Allen Solly customer, I totally agree with the results. I have found Allen Solly shirts to be the most comfortable and they give a perfect fit to me. Fabulous fabric quality too. Congratuations Allen Solly! :Cheering:

I don't know why, of all brands Van Heusen fits me perfectly.

Van Heusen is my choice most of the times. Allen Solly were very good aroung Year 2000. They had some nice colours during the Friday Dressing campaign. Later on i don't see their shirts any different even from brands like Indigo Nation and Easies.

I feel Colour Plus is most over priced.
