There is a shop on Brigade road (on the right hand side if you are walking down from the MG Road intersection). After Church street intersection and before the next one. You can find it there.

I could find pipes online but no tobacco available online.

You could buy Pipe tobacco (both the cut and flake variety) from Shringar Shopping Complex on MG Road. As soon as you enter the complex from the MG Road side, there are a few small shops on either side selling cigarettes and "phoren" goods. This is where you can purchase Pipe Tobacco. They have some real good imported ones there as well. If you are looking for online retailers, then I'd suggest you try Cigarsindia.in.
