Hi, I want to buy delhi mobile number database for an upcoming corporate project. Can someone suggest any sources (internet download or any legal place to buy?)

Only the operator can provide you the list. The mobile numbers are not put up in a directory like landline numbers as far as I know.

get in touch with the regional office(s) of the mobile service provider(s) - you might have to pay for their service.

though internet - check out the websites of the firms (contact us link) and see if you can get some numbers - but i doubt that it will be of much help.

To my knowledge it is not legally possible to buy such information. I for one would be very very uncomfortable if I know my service provider is selling my details. But then such things do happen, but at a corporate level. That is due to cross-selling, some firms such as banks, insurance firms, etc are possibly given access to such information, resulting in the many unsolicitated sales call we all face. But a private individual is certainly not given the information....legally!!!

it is a big time business gopz, all the operators do that.but it is not illigal to buy from just dial as it is a directory and they gather information from individuals by asking.
