Another attack on Mumbai on the anvil?

6 live bombs found - Andheri Station, Mumbai

Saw a flash news just now,... IBNLive News | News Homepage

Heard that some TV channels are running the news as footer news points overshadowed by the Cricket team's visit news.

Those who have TVs in front of them, please confirm.

Is there no end to these evil acts? Why target innocent people? Luckily no one was hurt. Why is there no screening or security measures at bus stations and train stations like airports?

I was actually planning to go by train to Mumbai this Friday if my car was not available (presently undergoing shocks replacement, steering column and clutch overhauling). Fortunately my car will be available in time. In future, I will think twice before travelling by train, especially in the festival season.

@n_aditya: The reason is the sheer volume of commuters in railway/bus stations as compared to an airport. Similar security measures as in an airport, even if possible, would be prohibitively costly and require a huge number of security staff. Plus ultimately people will reject such measures because they cannot afford to lose 10 mts in their daily commute, so forget about coming to railway/bus station 1 hour early, etc.
