New home to my Palio-D ELX

I'm getting around 14KMPL in city (Bangalore) with about 30-40% of time AC on; it gives around 18-20 on highways..

I thought I will mention the expected price as well to avoid those pms flooding around asking me for the price.

I'm looking for 4.4L with no negotiation at all..
this is a less driven more pampered bay and is in very good condition hence the above price.
Got the free services done at Sundaram (last one was with Manipal) and always likes to go to GreenTrack (people who knows palio well) for refreshment, I can provide the complete maintenance record (nothing much other than couple of minor issues) if required.

Spitfire, Ketan had mentioned his price in his 2nd post here.

Ketan, is the price as per evaluation / evaluators ? Looks a little high.
