I am not sure if the rule applies to older vehicles. But I think they should be. May theri souls rest in peace.

It is not advisable to drive the car during the pre-morning as the drivers will tend to feel sleepy during at time and mos tof the accidents happen during 2~5 am in morning. RIP the departed souls.
