hey i saw a photo on the autocar dec edition last page and that was of a scorpio having this number plate-MH-12-CK-8055.8055 is painted in such a way that it looks as if its BOSS.I sat over it and was wondering who would have this number-KL01-AM -8055.he could have written it in this way.KL 0 I AM BOSS.pour in your ideas guys.

yes AK 47,OO7,9'S ETC are cool.but just imagine,drive your wild imaginations and come up with something never thought of and run behind that guy snap a pic and post it here.then pass a copy to autocar and you get a years subscription freeee.along with a ferrari i suppose.

Our used '72 Amby was the best. The plates were WBP 9662. WBP stands for West Bengal Police. Used to have great fun with the shining black car. Salaams from cops, right of way, zero parking restrictions, etc . Started driving in that car.

I dont know about best numbers....but any car having 8055 (BOSS) or single digit number...that too on SUVs (scorpios in particular!), are "scary" numbers. These belong to 'dont mess me' category. Typically, these SUVs are driven by mean looking goons with 10 gold rings and 5 bracelets Who else would bother paying for such a car number?

Thanks for the post. Reminds me of the good old school days some 7-8 years back, when these numbers like BOYS (8045) and BOSS (8055) were all the
rage. Everyone I knew wanted to have either of the two numbers on whatever kinetic, Chetak, LML, Maruti, Tata etc vehicle that they had to buy. So much that people eventually got sick of the monotony and I rarely, If ever, see them on new vehicles now.

I'm amazed that nobody mentioned 1337. I would love to have that on my next car. I know its so wannabe, but still being elite is cool.
