Browsing the forum as a guest...

Hi Mods,

I'm trying to browse the forum as a guest but i am unable to see the "Today's Posts" button. It has just vanished.

When i log in, i can see the "New Posts' button. When i click that i can see only few threads and that too those which i have not viewed since my last visit.

Has anything changed on the forum or is it only me facing this issue? Nothing new in announcements section too.

I want to see older threads. I have cleared cookies too but to no avail. Pls help.

Its quite normal. The "new Posts" button doesn't show up unless you have logged in.

As a guest, you will have to click on "Whats new" or todays posts or something if it exists.

BTW: In the wrong section, aren't we ?

I'm aware "new posts" button appears only when logged in. But 'todays posts" is also not visible. Thats my point.

BTW, Why do you think its in the wrong section? shifting gears is a place for these kinda threads na?

Yes it was. I was getting a wierd error message. I guess we beat our own record today for having most number of online users (2,676).

We temporarily disabled search & new posts for guests today since the server was experiencing a lot of load.

However, i just heard from GTO that the server upgrade just got completed 5minutes back, so things should be back to normal soon.

My bad, the server upgrade is still in process. Should be done in anywhere between 24 - 48 hours.
