Looking for a Honda city 1.5

I had initially posted under "Wanted a FIAT".

A friend of mine says 'one can get a 2000 model Honda City (I hope 1.5) for around 3 L. Is it true?

If true, I'd be interested in one (only a 1.5Ltr).
