Wanted: Landrover Series II or III

I am in search of a Land Rover preferably Series III (Long or Short Wheelbase) in running condition. I should be able to drive it back to Kolkata. Price range - at most 1 lac INR. Please let me know if anybody has any info.

. I have been thinking about an off roader for quite a long time and I have been bowled over by the LR.

There are a surprising number of Land Rovers, mostly series 2 and 3 used as taxis in Darjeeling. Not sure how many have original parts etc. I guess the key things to ensure are that the chassis and bulkhead are in good condition and (relatively) corrosion-free.
