Happy wheels do not worry. CNBC Overdrive was there to cover the event. So was Manorama Fast track. So when you see it on tele remember, you first saw the pics here..!

And Sameel, it's strange to note that, for the two hours we talked about Force F1 TEAM or the BHP figures of Peted cars, neither of us mentioned 'T-E-A-M B-H-P' in one sentence. Any way nice to meet you again.

just saw this link
Pete's Automotive launches modified Skoda engine - Newindpress.com
they mention a 500bhp skoda

I know peter is capable of a lot of magic, but 500BHP? in a FWD?
what are they passing out as news these days?

can anyone please put up the real figures of the cars that were present on that day?

I'm sure our BHPians are more reliable than the press.
it will also make for drool worthy reading

Yes, it can be serviced at a normal Skoda service centre. The engine is the same, with upgraded turbo, intercooler, and other forced induction accessories.

I was at the meet and have no words to describe the way it was impeccably organised -simply amazing and fantastic. All top auto journos were there , who we get to read. The executives from PSI , Bilsteins et al were very forthcoming and answered our queries enthusiastically. We met up with top tuners ,drivers and enthusiasts of Coimbatore.Peter and his team had put in a lotof hardwork and it was evidenced by the great attention to detail in almost everything. The way the cars drove and handled was great. The demo by professinal drivers was enjoyed by all, especially Vikram Mathias who drove spiritedly and treacherously! Thanx and Congrats Mr.Peter on the Great show. Keep up the good work.

Servicing such a skoda at the authorised service center will be a no no .
its always advisable to have an engineer personally attend the car while it is servised. i am telling this from my experience and yes i have seen what all were the probs faced due to improper planning for tuning the cars!!! .
peter has done a fantastic job!!
but that Skoda was done in haste. its still good but not perfect.
