Pete's Day Out - 16th April, 2008

Hi Guys,
Just wanted to share the latest news with you all. As you can see below Pete's is organising a one of a kind show at the Coimbatore Race track on the 16th. They will be showcasing 16 of their cars from Swift's to the 300 Bhp Skoda Octavia's and also tuned Audi A4 and VW PAssat cars.
I am sure the Press are going to have a ball of a time since they not only get to meet the top management of Bilstein, H&R, Borbet, PSI and Tarox but they also get to drive all the cars.
Heard these are the cars on the track that day.
1) Skoda Octavia II( LAURA) - 4 cars with Custom Code software, Green filter and different Bilstein suspension set ups and BORBET wheels
2) Skoda Octavia I Vrs - 2 cars upgraded to 300 BHP (JBS04 kit) and again running BORBET & other hardware
3) Toyota Innova cars - 2 cars with Pete's Tuning Box, Bilstein suspension, Green Cotton Air filters & BORBET wheels
4) Suzuki Swift - 2 cars with H&R coil overs, Pete's Tuning Box , Green filter and BORBET wheels.
5) Mahindra Logon - 2 cars with Pete's Tuning Box, Green filter, Bilstein shocks, H&R springs and BORBET wheels
6) Audi A4 - 2 cars running Custom Code software, Bilstein suspension, Green cotton filters and Borbet wheels
7) VW PAssat - 1 car running Custom code software, H&R Coil overs and Green filter with Borbet wheels
8) honda CRV - Running Bilstein B6 with H&R Springs.

Most will have to miss it as its only for auto-journs, dealers and other invitees

It will be great to see those great cars doing much better laps with Pete's components. Will defenitely try to make it to the venue incase if tbhp-ians are permitted!!

Some happenings in Kochi too...!!! They should be... as kochi is Pete's hometown!

Basically petes day out is for press, dealers and the invitees.And it is not open for general public that is what mentioned in invitation.

saw the crv last sun in cochin, it had OZ rims on it and all the petes day out stickers. the vrs with custom code can often be spotted at hotel international.

why are there no fiesta's i thought pete did fiesta's as well.

hello guys
i had gone to the event yesterday!!!
i was invited Last moment by one of the organisers.
The event was Amazing!!!.
All the major Players in the tuning industry was present. and the Press too.
i hace had a personel discussion with PSI guys and
Let me assure you that Petes Tuning Box is Definitelty advantageous and GOOD for your Cars, it has been tested on cars which hace run for over 500,000kms
hence Tuning Bos of PSI -Petes is very good.
and as a CRS Engineer from Bosch,
I can Proudly Say that Petes tuning Box and their Associate Partners are The only Guys who gives you True Performance,
Please dont hesitate to Install a Tuning Box its Very good,
i have all the technical details with me and Let me assure you even at stage Two setting, the box and filter setup wont affect your cars, its very well tested and the Bare truth is that Petes Box does give you power and Mileage . but this Power is not what the Car can truly make .
for an example,
i shall tell you Mhawk Scorpio,
I know of the project A-Z it was done here..
the original Engine was tested for 170-180 Bhp- E3 emission norms.. but sadly we had to limit it to 120 Bhp for E4 norms and feul quality , but a Petes tuning Box can give you max 160bhp which is still below what the engine can originally make. hence no need to worry . Enjoy your Car to the Max and yes with greater power comes need for better Suspension and braking, please do that also,
so Lets appreciate Petes tuning guys for this venture,

Nice event, very professionally managed as well. A lot of enthusiasts put their heart and soul into it, and it showed. Maybe Pete's Performance should take over organising Speed Run.

Peter deserves a good appreciation for more than a month's hardwork. His attention to detail is what that makes the whole effort look awesome. Even the bottles of drinking water had 'Petes day out' labels on them.
