Rather light showers in late night in HSR layout, but heavy Power cuts.
Electricity just restored now. Hope there are no more power cuts in night.

Drove during the rain from Palace grounds to HAL Airport road. The heavy wind has resulted lots of tree branches falling on to the road. I saw at least 8 of them.

Near Ulsoor lake on St. John's Church Road, saw a huge branch fallen down and completely obstructed the lane. As per wife, the branch had fallen on to a black sedan. It was dark and could not notice clearly. Workers were clearing up the branches. Hope the passengers are safe.

Super duper rains near Hebbal too. No power since five hours. Many trees fallen as usual.

Rather than rain, it is the winds which uprooted couple of trees in B'ngr in evening. Power has been restored after 4 hours. Not sure whether we have an early monsoon this time. But rains at this point of year is welcome anywhere.
