Now now, I know sachin and yuvraj have one more game to go, but for me the icon standing in this tournament is

1) Sehwag
2) Dravid/Sourav
4) Laxman
5) Yuvraj
6) Sachin

No second thoughts about it!

Did SRK pay his men to lose?
Is Mr Khan feeling guilty?

diabloo,

No more posts about the cry baby owner of the KKR please. Enough is enough. Just because he is a celebrity, he feels every one in the world will have to bend their rules for him ?

Sheessh.

Let's leave that for the Boxing Day Matches. As for Flintoff, he can't scare off his neighbor's cat, let alone a human being

Marsh has slaughtered RRoyals. Is that pitch like half the size of a regular cricket ground???? Do Royals have the firepower, it'll be exciting to watch them go after this humungous total. If they win, this will be one helluva match!

Of course, the Final's gonna be won by SupaH Kings!! GO DONI GO!!

I never said KXP is a team full of aussies, no team can have 11 aussies, but what you are overlooking is the fact that KXP has won most of its games on the merit of their batting strength which is totally dominated by Shaun Marsh followed by Pomersbach, Jayawardene, Sangakkara and (one Indian) Yuvraj.

Then again, when the top order(read Marsh,Hopes and Pomersbach) has done its job so miraculously well, like today its much easier for somebody like Yuvraj to come in at the end and whack a few out of the ground. Than say if they were 30-3 after 7 overs. What I am trying to tell is, the way Marsh and Hopes bat dictates how the following players bat, which in turn will have a huge effect on the game.

Also, when there is a huge target to chase, there's always pressure on the batsmen so they tend to go after bowlers and in the process may make a few errors. It is but natural. KXP hasn't won a game solely on its bowling strength. They were even about to lose that 170+(don't remember) match against mumbai, a few elementary mistakes from the MI batsmen and they could breathe a sigh of relief.

Shaun Marsh

Number of games:10

Total runs:593

Average:74.125

Strike Rate:139.85

Fours:56

Sixes:25

Contribution to total score:38.35%

With the kind of foreign batting power KXP has, the bowlers have to be really stupid to lose a game.

toh ditta.......(dho dhala)!!!

Good overall performance by KXIP and it can calm down their fans nerves but will also give sleepless nights to CSK and their fans.

Finally Yuvraj is able to silence his critics...yet again!
What a clean hitter of b@ll he is,he showed it again today.

Marsh has been very harsh on opponents and he just needs to do it twice more. This guy may break few batting records in next decade and it will be fun to see him compete with Rohit Sharma in all forms of cricket for next 10-15yrs.

And again Sree was too predictable with his too many slower b@lls.I hope he doesn't have to pay the price in semi/final.

Out of all matches won by KXIP,more than half wins have been due to bowling efforts.PLz do check it cricinfo or somewhere else.

RR might go downhill from here i feel. DD have a great shot at the IPL trophy now i believe.

Hoping for a KXIP Vs DD encounter in final, and I am backing Veeru to pull it off
