Well i just got to know Punjab lost and am astonished!
A team which cant chase 116 does not deserves to be in semis.
RCB must be overjoyed
RCB really owns Kumble a lot,imo its his captaincy due to which they are in semis(thank god pietersen went back and maybe now Mallaya can see clearly)

I do not like changing winning combinations and Hussey adds to the batting which is already strong for CSK. Yeah if Hayden does not plays then HUssey should be considered.

Delhi needs to win today to regain momentum.

I would like RCB to be our opposition in the semis.

(that too on his home grounds) is bit weird. He is the best one in the CSK fast bowling lineup.
I think Ntini will be used as a wild card by CSK during semi's & final(if qualified). I feel the same for Mcgrath too.

True. But don't expect Ntini to fire in his 1st match. Fast Bowlers are being put to sword by many batsmen. It's the spinners who are match winners.
DD is still a favorite as they've got such a balanced team. Second comes DC with explosive batsmen.

DD have been quite consistent. But i think they are beatable.

Chennai favourite to win title: Warne

Agree, DD is the hot favourite to win IPL2!
They did very well despite Veeru's bad patch, imagine if Veeru fires....!

LOL! Do you even trust Warne a.k.a. wily fox? Supposedly, he was injured and suddenly he was man of the match against MI....

Gambhir and Viru back in form. I am willing to bet on Delhi. And specially if they play RC in the semis

Mumbai Indians 165/8 (20/20 ov)
Delhi Daredevils 93/1 (10.0/20 ov)

DD favs to win this one- Gambhir Sehwag back in runs
Seems Warne has to bite his tongue next time

I don't think any team wants to be their opposition in semifinals.

Sehwag, back in form will worry just about every team no matter what they bring in. DD just got more lethal, I would say.

DD definitely are favorites, but being favorite or not doesn't matter much once in knockout stages. Both DC and RCB can defeat the other two teams if they play well. So anything is possible in semis.

Meanwhile RCB are batting with yet another new opening pair in Kallis and Manish Pandey and they have survived first over

Bangalore 85/2 (11.3/20 ov) - and they are doing nicely as well

Whoever wins this will meet CSK in semifinals on sat so lesse.
Pandey has hit a 50 so i guess at last RCB got an opener(i saw this guy playing first 7 overs and he is more bang bang kind of player)

You are right. In a knockout anything can happen and am really impressed by the way RCB has reached semis. Be assure who ever the teams are both semifinals will be a tough affair- and final also.

DD has to make sure the collapse like today does not happens again.

Good Score for RCB 170/4.

Now Manish Pandey becomes the 1st Indian to score century in any sorts of T20 games.

Sometimes I bellieve that it'll be RCB vs DC in the final.
RCB has come a long way.

I never trusted Warne. But started trusting him after that comment

If CSK and DD meet in finals it would be brilliant. Hope Haydo plays from now on.
