I decide based on which team is sponsored by my favourite Alcoholic drink! I think that method should work well for you too!

uh - huh. Smirnoff is not sponsoring anything. I think B&T is better off supporting the team sponsored by MGM Vodka that i gave him (after which he never calls me when he is in chennai).

Punjab will win today. Mohali and a good fast bowling team should do it for Mohali.

I meant that question seriously (for once).

My favorite businessman owns one team, my favorite film star owns another. My favorite cricketer plays in a third and my favorite city is now going to be captained by someone not from my favorite city. Where do I place my loyalty?

Never knew you to be a cricket person.

I don't think the Kings 11 stand a chance after the Hussey onslaught.

The MAX production is indeed sad especially with the on-screen ads during the game play. But the new Vodafone ads during the breaks are simply fantastic!

Enjoyed the Chennai vs Punjab game today. Kinda became hard to choose between the two teams but had to go with PZ's team after all!! Felt sad that her team lost

BTW IPL is indeed having an effect, after I was watching the match for a bit in my mums room I found that not only did she watch the complete match yesterday but even today she watching cricket! For a lady who's least bothered about cricket normally this is a big change!!

Was in the RC Terrace. Got a pass to the owner's box or whatever it is, but my friend whacked it from my house when I was out. What friends, sheesh.

Anyway, brilliant thing it was. Amazing Washington Redskins cheerleaders, great buffet, unlimited alcohol, and an amazing spectacle of an opening ceremony. If a snap poll were to be taken, VJM would have ended up as President of India on the spot. The applause he got made Dravid and Tendulkar look like club players. Of course, it helps that hundreds of litres of his alcohol was handed out, gratis.

There was some cricket match too, I believe. Not like I know too much about these things.

Can somebody tell me, why Wassim Jaffer bats for Bangalore and Robin Utappa bats for Mumbai? Couldn't the teams exchange these two?
........and Harbhajan plays for mumbai and Powar plays for Punjab!!

Though Dravid is my batsman no.1 but i do feel he has some kind of 'mental block' while taking some decision. He has done it many times and choosing his IPL team was no different.A
And better not talk about batting order in last match against KKR while chasing well over 200.

even though they lost against CSK,they still are still a team to beat with good bowling, fielding and batting. They just let CSK score too many in last 5 overs.I just hope Power is not in 1st eleven in rest of matches too.
