Review of the match

Yesterday i had ben to the stadium to watch Mumbai Indians take on Rajastan royals. Well the time taken to reach the stadium in nerul from andheri was 2 hrs as we got stuck in jams in santacruz near the airport. The reason for taking this route was we had to pick up a friend from sion. so guys knowing the know about the city will know about the roundabout.

Well getting to nerul the traffic increased but was ok compared to the jam which we previously were in. Finding parking took 15 minutes and we proceeded to the stadium. Checking was not very strict which i was shocked with. There were metal detectors but the amount of frisking was lax.

We reached the inside gate way and there the atmosphere was superb with nice seats and seat numbers and few guys guiding you to your seats. The stadium was full and iit was shocking considering it to be a weekday.
The match was comparitively boring with the royals crumbling under pressure and no sixes coming my way(I was hoping someone smashes the ball towards me so i can catch it and be shown jumping around) . We actually ended up watching 15 15 instead of 20-20. The atmosphere in the stadium was awesome and crowd was good. Few were pranksters but overall good people. The cheerleaders on MI was sad along with the song of theirs!!! Pretty pathetic though i was supporting MI. Rajastan royals had great cheerleaders and the crowds were in awe looking at them perform. Would give the cheerleaders and song of rajastan royals a 4 star while MI deserved only a 1.5* .
The match was ok with MI taking time to start scoring. Their first runs came off a Wide ball. Abhishek nayar was excellent yesterday and uthappa took his time always trying to score a run and going to the non strikers end. Shane warne bowled superbly in his first over and all were spell bound by him. Well we won the match so on the way back picked up bottle of beers and celebrated. Basically we needed a reason to drink.
One thing for people going to the stadia is guys if you want to watch everything thoroughly then you should stay at home and watch tv as here we took time to see the score or who is bowlin.
Well one thing i observed was the ozzies and SAcans lookd like goliaths in front of our players

Now at 4PM: Sehwag vs Dhoni

Dhoni wins toss decides to bowl.

Last time when they met, Sehwag handed Dhoni his first defeat and Dhoni hasn't recovered from it .
What will Sehwag give him today ?

And surprisingly, no Goni in the team ? Is he injured ?

Edit: My bad, he is playing after all.

I bet on RC just because, if they do not do well, they fear that Mallya might also kick them out of the team. There is certainly fire in their back.

Chennai 98/3. Just seem to be losing their way after a great start! Fleming finally comes good with the bat.

Sehwag & Shoaib Malik gifted the match to CSK!

Their 2 overs proved too costly for DD!

Kolkata 46/2 in 7. Dada & Hussey at crease. Kolkata batting doesnt look that good on paper. Lets see how Mallya's test team Performs.

The worst batting display of the IPL by the BRC's.

EDIT - 2nd worst - the 1st is also by them in the 1st match of the tournament.

I just can't understand why Dravid came to bat and wasted an over while people like Cameron White and Kohli waiting.Dravid make so many wrong decisions while captaining and it's really frustrating.
