In each bag, there are 7 big cats
Each big cat has 7 little cats.
Each cat has 4 legs.
Question: How many legs are present in bus?

14 legs, provided that the girls are all human and intact; the bags could be anywhere. If it's linguistics, the bus doesn't have any legs!

P.S. I would really pay money to see a bag that can hold 7 BIG CATS!!!

Actually, it doesn't say that the small cats are in the bag and secondly, I'd pay bigger money to see a big cat giving birth to a tabby

There are 14 legs in the bus (excluding the driver) : all the other legs are in the bags
