Hey guys can some one post step by step instructions on how to go about using the Lasso tool to achieve this .

Ramie had explained it earlier, but then I really haven't been successful in my attempts. Thanks a zillion in advance.

hehehehe guys that was the simplest way to use Lasso tool in a graphic designing field keep trying 2-3times or try using path while using Lasso tool.

Riju, select the car using the Lasso tool, then invert the selection, and now with the rest of the image being selected, desaturate (make black n white). Try it.

try this:
open the image and right click on that small image and select duplicate layer like this:


after selecting duplicate layer go to images-adjustments-desaturate like this:


after you get a Grey image go to the lasso tool as shown in the image and click it and lasso around your car or the picture you want to get back to the original color:


after selecting it hit delete you should get back the original color and the remaining gray then use the merge layer option as shown by right clicking on duplicate layer as shown:

at the end you should have this picture its really easy it may look long but it isn't.


thought you may find it easy to see when the pics are there i found it easier when i saw how to do it pics.

need big help..i m thinking to buy 2.2ltr dicor next month
can any PS expert make my ride as below

bigger alloys (17") outer
lifted hight @ 6"
bigger tyres like landcruiser prado
hella focuses on gaurd and good looking gaurd
snorkel for air inlet
chrommed exhaust pipe from JCB bulldozer between front tyre and front door
