This thread has had too many people joining in.
Great work guys!

I just finished with my exams and have some free time, so I might also try and start filling up this thread.

Honestly, I don't get the point in this. Maybe I lack aesthetic sense

You can get better effects by adjusting brightness/contrast, hue/saturation, lighting effects etc.

I always wanted to do this.... Making small things look bigger and vice versa, with the help of photoshop... So here's one of my attempts with my 1:18 diecast model of an F430 Spider.

Doing so with cars is difficult because its tough to render them in their actual sizes.

SRK Designs! Mercedes C-Class

This is my design for the Mercedes C-class.

The body is completely brushed.
The windows, lights, wheels and background were first copy pasted and then
re-brushed to get the end results.

Designed by me:
Name: mercccopy.jpg
Views: 3159
Size: 362.0 KB

Here is the original to compare what I have done.
Original:

So what do you think about it?

@Torqueguru: Thats a nice looking NHC, I like the ALL-Black look.
Only if that spoiler would have been smaller the car would have looked much better.

@adityabenz: Nice work. It does look good.

@Cyrus: I feel you should try and make the car standout in the pics. You work blends the car in the background.

@srk: great design mate. i just have one gripe. the way you watermark your complete creation with the srk logo is a total turn off. I understand the header and the footer and maybe a single watermark in the pic but the whole design is overlayed and it really takes away from the beauty of your creations!

@SRK I too think so ...but only after you pointed it out

Nice redesign of the C-Class, the air dam and meshing at the left corner of the fromt bumper disorients me a little though, looks a little off-Dimention....just somthing that caught my eye.
Regards,
TG

Thanks for pointing that out but I may not change it now.
I still can't create anything flawless.

Also, since the mesh was created by me it may not look real too.

Thanks!
