Update:

After I escalated to Fiat-India in the feed-back section, finally concorde motors called me up today saying that they will place the order to get the Fuel Pipe for my car. The cost is approximately Rs. 4900 for the pipe

Now I feel like killing the guy who had actually cut the pipe

don't worry Ravi as I said earlier its only 1100 - 1200 rs for the fuel pipe. but I am unable to find the shop contact number. I can tell you the name of the shop its N an N enterprise in Opera house, Mumbai. Maybe someone here who knows the shop can help you.
