Hi guys need some feedback.
Just bought Safari 2.2 LX and got fog lamps fitted.
The lights focus too close to the vehicle. Is this normal.
Wonder how can this be adjusted as there is no provision for doing so.
Need to put some packing between the screws!

normal

yea it is normal, even the OEM fogs are the same.If u get down from the vehicle and see u will find the beam much futher than what you see from inside the drivers cabin.

fog lamps should be spread out and not focussed. They should ideally illuminate sides of the road. See them at night, the sides of road will be much more brighter than center of the road.

Some pics from the recent mega celebration tour

Back from Lahaul Spiti on the 14th night, after a 22-hour straight journey from Delhi border to Kolkata [1404 km]. In fact, all long distance travel to destinations were done at night.

The route was: [H] -->> for where we stopped for the night

Kolkata-Mathura Refiniery Township[H]-Delhi-Chail-Narkhanda[H]-Hatu Peak-Baghi-Sarahan[H]-Sangla-Chitkul[H]-Kalpa-Roghi-Giabong/Ropa [Ropa Valley][H] -Nako-Tabo[H]-Sagnam/Mudh [Pin Valley]-Kaza[H]-Ki-Kibber-Tashigang-Langza-Comic-Demul-Dhankar-Kunzum Pass-Rhotang Pass-Manali[H]-Mandi [2nd servicing][H]-Banjar-Gushaini-Bathad-Sai Ropa[H]-Jalori Pass-Delhi border[H]-Kolkata.

Needless to say it was a journey to remembered and that is what we planned --- to celebrate this 1-year fantastic ownership of 2.2 Safari VTT. Big travelouge coming up with lots of pics and video clips after sometime, work pressure on return hits you way much more than altitude sickness!!!

Some VTT-TMT pics, lots more will be on the celebration travelogue.

Great journey and some awesome pics. Especially the last one with the powdery snow all over the machine.. Looks so surreal...

Looking forward eagerly to the travelogue..

adc; loved the pix. Would be great if you could post 800x600 ones as small ones dont do justice.
