Gr8 pics Hrag of the safari 4x4. This where & what it should be. Pic 3 shows the rear sagging down quite a bit - why? Was it loaded or the suspension is supect?

jaysmokesleaves - you're absolutely right. The running boards are lifesavers - though they bring down the GC, they take the beating saving the rest of the underbody.

Note: all pictures of the Safari in this thread are when 4WD was enabled. Except for the sand blasting pic (which was 4H), the rest are all in 4L. Please do not attempt similar terrain in a 2WD Safari. Even in 4H / 4L, it is best to have a spotter who can guide you.

Its been a long time that I have been thinking to post the pics of my safari.. Yes, its late.. but better i post it now without further delays.

I bought this safai after lot of inputs from the experts in this forum, especially from adc, BTB, SumitB, jkdas, bglsrini & others..
Here goes the details:

Services: 2 services (1st service & 2 service with Engine oil change at 7500) at VST Motors,Chennai.

@ ravi: this thread is flooding with silver LXs. nice tyre and alloy combo buddy but please consider adding rear mudflaps. its looking a bit odd. black sparco mudflaps will look great.

Well we have got an awsome selection of Safari's on here, will be adding some fresh pics of mine soon, going to wash and wax the beast and take some nice scenic shots.

Anyone know what the count is now? got to be over 50?
