Until and unless the vehicle is under the warranty it is better not to touch the wiring part on the Safari, as soon as the smallest of the small wiring changes done and found by the TASS the warranty void.

Stands true for all make of vehicle. Any alteration in the wiring, especially anything that involves cutting the original wiring, is a sure way of the A.S.S getting back with a warranty void reason, in case of any issues.

The driving and travelling between work place is taking of all time and gives less time to do the posting.

Aman, thanks for the info. I will scout for them(roof lights) in Hyd. Any brand name to go with it? where are they fixed to on the roof-any holes on the roof or side rails support them?

They are fixed with 2 side tape and 5 screws. Sorry I don't know brand name.
