city VTEC wanted

hey guys
i am interested in a city VTEC.
if i do find a good 2003 model with low mileage i will forget about the NHC
if anyone in mumbai is selling one please do let me know.
heather mist or black colour preffered
will plan to make it look like a proper street race car

well if i do get one im thinking about 14/15 inh alloys, spoiler, good deck , will try for freeflow (dad doesnt like it), underbody neons or maybe a good proper body kit
