While I agree it may be illegal size, whats the logic behind it ?! If the cops can see it on the two wheeler, they can surely see this on a four wheeler also right ?! I have a vested interest in this question cause I'm planning to do the same thing

Sure, and I wanted to do the same thing because it looks really cool. Since I did the registration of my Scorpio myself personally at the RTO and checked with them, they said it was not allowed and I have to go for the standard size. I believe there is a standard size for the plate mentioned somewhere.

Putting a small plate is kind of just asking for trouble (like extremely dark tints).

Cops and pulling over, something I am yet to see in the likes of the Scorp' and Safari.

Fully agree with you rj, even during checking drives I am waved through.

Those extra lamps look awsome on the bullbar, BTW what is the make of the bull bar & how much did it cost you.

@ Raj

Don't know exactly what kind of covers they are as they weren't purchased by me. But they're quite comfortable and don't make you feel warm at all.

Looks like a neat job with your seats. Did they put any extra padding on the seats?

@ wolfheart: yes, they looked quite comfortable & well fitted too.

the material i selected already had a layer of cotton padding beneath it, so i dint put any extra padding.

@ nullrock: look at this-
http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/indian...ture-1649.html

i hate calling my scorpio a beast or king or whatever. sounds funny!
