How do you celebrate your birthday?

It would be interesting to hear the various ways members celebrate their birthdays. Could be input to few people too!

For me, my way of celebrating my b'day is not to remember it. As you grow older, probably, that's the best way of celebrating it :-)

Regards
Rex

Great!
Ideally I like to take the day off from work if it is a working day and run away to treat myself to a round of Golf at one of the golf courses in and around town.
Then go back home, read a book, play with the dogs and watch a movie or serial on DVD.
Evening, sit a sip a nice whisky and have dinner with my wife.
This is my favourite way of spending my Birthday.

My celebration starts in evening. Usually go along with famaily. But that is not the way I want. I usually love to go for dinner alone at some place where I can get tasty fast food. Thats it, birthday over.

I get up in the morning, and drink 2 beers.
After that I take out my airgun, and shoot whatever birds I can.
Then after skinning them I cook them and eat them for lunch.
In the evening, I take my car to the fuel station, and fill half tank of diesel.
from there I go to the kiryana shop and fill the rest of the tank with kerosene.
After that I head to the countryside, and try to find goat/cows etc.
After finding smaller samples I run them over, and put them in the car boot.
Then I come home and get them cooked. They are useful for the dinner.
Meanwhile a few people I know brew country liquor for the guests at the b'day party.

I know you are getting shocked, but what to do, with all this inflation, I have to employ novel methods for cost cutting.

Till marriage, I usually remembered my b'day a couple of months after the event. After marriage, it was Biwi's excuse for (yet another) outing.

I prefer to have others celebrate my birthday - and bear the expenses too. Anybody ?
