According to the reports a man was found asleep in a motorized wheelchair on a highway in Australia and was charged with drunk driving.
The breath-test of the 64-year-old man apparently registered a blood alcohol reading of 0.301, more than six times the legal driving limit. He was charged with operating a vehicle while drunk and ordered to report to court on 7th July, where he faces a stiff fine if convicted.

Now, that's one country where rules are enforced.

I remember during my stay there, Bob Carr, Premier of NSW paid fine voluntarily after watching a footage on TV where he took off in a car without wearing a seat belt. The RTA and the cops promptly accepted the fine & endorsed his license.
