- Good Oral and Written communication
- Client Management
- Good in analytical skills
- Decision making ability

Responsibilities:
- Will be working for a Leading credit card issuer organization, who offers variety of credit card products to high street customers.
- Individual to be a quick learner and is able to play role of an SME
- SLA Compliance (Meeting set Quality, Productivity, Turnaround time targets)
- Schedule adherence & Process Compliance Sharing Knowledge /updates with the team
- Sharing Knowledge /updates with the team
- Resolves escalations from the process owners in order to ensure strong customer relationships
- Participate in internal and external governance activities by adhering to the governance models applicable at a process level to sustain delivery predictability
- Monitors process compliance and periodically update SOP changes as part of the quality plan to ensure adherence to process steps.

- Qualification: Graduate (min 15 years education)
