Re: The "Jobs available in my organisation" thread

Hello everyone.

I graduated in Mechatronics engineering in 2015, and worked for a Formula Student (Combustion) team that won two sequential national championships.

I was part of the powertrain department, and got to play around with ECUs and engines. We reverse-engineered a KTM Duke's fueling and ignition map, and implemented it on an imported aftermarket ECU after building a new wiring harness (by our awesome electronics guy with help from a sponsor) and calibrating the various engine sensors (either through datasheets from Bosch or via testing.) I was also responsible for the recruitment and training of our juniors - who have managed to squeeze out stock power from the D390 engine even though it has a restrictor in the intake manifold
Our team got praise for being "world-class" and on par with other international Formula SAE teams, according to the judges at Formula Student India, held in February of this month (they preside over international events usually, this was only their second event in India.)

I have taken a standby job for sustenance since I could not bear the thought of heading back home - it is quite irrelevant to my eventual career dream.

I am still looking for openings in the auto sector that could let me get closer to powertrain systems. Opportunities are extremely hard to come by, especially if one is not loaded with contacts already. Could any of tBHP's members help, if possible? Please PM for resume. I would greatly appreciate any help in this regard.

Thank you,

Aditya

If you want to work in a bigger organisation, you might not end up getting the hands on experience you had got till now. There will be more process and you will be limited to some domain functions for a long time. If you are okay with this, then send your resume to me. I can check if something suits you, but this will be in Bangalore and you should be willing to relocate. May not even be as interesting as what you have done till now. Since you have graduated recently as in my own case, you may need more time before you can get into a bigger organisation to realise your dream.

Re: The "Jobs available in my organisation" thread

Looking to employ a couple of youngsters. To work in our tyre stores.

They need to know English, Hindi and Kannada. English and Kannada is ABSOLUTELY essential.

Education qualifications do not matter.

Should be ready to be on their feet for a relatively long time. It will not be much of a desk job.

If any of you people know someone who has just finished 12th standard or PUC or some BA/BCOM etc who is looking for a job, please refer them to me.

Starting salary will be around 10,000 rupees but it all depends on the calibre and communication of the candidate.

Generally, people who are on TBHP will not be eligible but if you know a son of your driver/maid/assistant/ who speaks fluent English in Bangalore, do let me know.

Re: The "Jobs available in my organisation" thread

Hello All,

Need some help urgently!

A friend has received an offer from Arcserve India Software Solutions Private Limited, based out of Hyderabad.
The name and the logo is uncannily similar to the Arcserve based out of US, which I am not sure have any partners in India, at least their website does not suggest the same.

Does anyone have any idea about this company.

Cheers,
Trojan
