there is a walk-in this Saturday for the following profile in Level 2 support for Bangalore location:
- Experience in support (preferably 3-4yrs)
- Should have good knowledge on WebLogic administration and Apache
- Should have good knowledge on UNIX commands and Shell scripting
- Should have good knowledge on either of following - UCMS, ATG, WCP, WCS
- Should be flexible to support 24/7 on rotational shift basis
- Prior experience in L2/L3 support project would be an added advantage
- ITIL certification desirable
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Not sure if it's the right thread to ask.
I would like to know from your personal experience. During 4-6 year experience, given the same kind of job profile, is it good to choose a company that has awesome brand name but relatively less hike OR choose a company with respectable brand name (not very familiar to average joes) but have higher hike. Pls note that both companies are MNC's. Kindly give your opinions
